Testimonials

“We've increased our broadcast capacity 700% in a little under a year by moving to RED ALERT. Our old methods of network outage alerting was corporate voicemail and text paging using separate systems, separate databases, separate everything. Not exactly the most efficient way to get broadcasts out but we worked with tools that we had. In integrating RED ALERT into our notification process, it consolidated every method of alerting in one box … voice, text and e-mail … with redundant power supplies, disk drives, etc. We currently have close to 3000 recipients and continue adding more and more each day. As an example of how RED ALERT has helped our network outage notification process, in August of 2005 we broadcast 158 alerts at an average of approximately 45+ minutes per each alert. In August of 2007 we broadcast 939 alerts at an average of approximately 10 minutes or less per each alert. Quite impressive numbers!”
