1Call is pleased to announce that Mel Carter and Tim Brady have teamed up to manage sales for the RED ALERT Event and Emergency Alert system.
Mel Carter has been with AMTELCO for 13 years, most recently as sales manager for the 1Call healthcare sales staff. Tim Brady recently joined AMTELCO’s RED ALERT group, with 25 years experience in sales and marketing management. Carter and Brady will focus on the business continuity and special notification needs for government agencies and commercial businesses.
AMTELCO President Tom Curtin commented, “I am very pleased with the new RED ALERT sales team. Mel and Tim are working in a number of areas that need RED ALERT’s fast alert and response capabilities, and are also providing assistance to the 1Call sales staff for healthcare organizations that need RED ALERT.”
After receiving a call for immediate assistance in the Las Vegas Ricin incident, a RED ALERT was triggered, and within 2 minutes and 43 seconds, every single person on the team was notified, and on their way back to the unit.
